Shipping & Handling
Most orders ship within 7-14 business days through USPS (United States Postal Service), First Class Mail and Priority Mail. Orders may be subject to delay when there are major sales (e.g. Holiday Sales [Christmas, New Year’s, Easter, Labor Day, Independence Day, etc.; Black Friday and Cyber Monday).
Important: To avoid errors and omissions (resulting in delays), please fill out your order form completely and carefully. Sorry, additions are not possible after an order has been placed. To ensure fastest delivery please include: Apartment or Suite Numbers when applicable and Street Names and Numbers rather than Rural Route Numbers (RFD addresses).
Orders $250 and over will be shipped with Signature Confirmation.
If you do not receive your order after 21 days, please notify us.
Claims for non-receipt of order cannot be made after ninety (90) days of placing an order.
